I just recently became familiar with the Riccar brand. I just got my first one in May and I will NEVER go back to a bagless or Target vacuum again! Well, I think Stuart's House of Vacuums is AWESOME! Not only because of their great products, but because the people there are AWESOME!!
We have the Sebo/Felix orange and purple vacuum and it just works great! In the store, Tom showed us how good it works and how easy it is to take apart and to get different hook ups onto it. And it really is easy. I used to have my husband help me with the old Kirby, but on this one, I can do it myself with no difficulty. I really enjoy this little vacuum.

My Mom has severe rheumatoid arthritis which has left her with very little strength. She has the 8 lb. Riccar vacuum. This lightweight vacuum has enabled her to get her vacuuming done with a lot less effort on her part. Great vacuum!

I love my Riccar Vacuum. Besides looking nice and shiny -- it does the job well. It has great suction when vaccuming the floor or using the tools. I like how easy it is to switch from vacuuming to using the tools -- just a simple turn of the knob. It has a nice light on the front of it for when you're vacuuming in those darks spots in the closet. The bags are also easy to replace and are made of a sturdy material so I don't rip them when installing them. Overall it is a great light weight vacuum that does the job well. I would highly recommend this vacuum.

HOWEVER, the people who contacted me were so empathetic that they offered to service my vacuum, (and it could have been any vacuum...not one that they sold!) for FREE!!! I only have experience with your Riccar products. I personally have a Vibrance and I LOVE it!! I was converted to it from a Bissell bagless and I couldn't be happier. The clean is so much more obvious, the smell from the dog has improved and even the feel of my older carpet is softer. I will never go back. I'm a Riccar fan for life!
